Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Smart Scheduler (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Smart Scheduler provides an AI-powered appointment booking platform that lets businesses accept bookings through a conversational assistant, manage a calendar and waitlist, and send appointment reminders by email.
Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate business and contact information.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing section of your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform. You are responsible for the appointments and communications conducted through your account.
AI Assistant
The booking assistant is powered by an automated language model. While we work to make it accurate and reliable, it may occasionally make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing your bookings, and we recommend confirming important appointments.
Your Customers' Data
When end customers book through your page, you act as the controller of their information and are responsible for handling it lawfully. We process that information on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Scheduler is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed, delayed, or undelivered messages caused by third-party providers.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
