We serve two groups: business customers who sign up to run their booking, and the end customers who book appointments through a business's booking page. This policy applies to both.

From business customers, we collect account and business details: your email address, business name, phone number, hours, services, and subscription information.
From end customers booking an appointment, the business may collect:

- Email address
- Appointment details (date, time, service type)
- Messages exchanged with the AI booking assistant
How We Use Information
- To schedule and manage appointments
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders by email
- To provide the admin dashboard, waitlist, and related features
- To process subscription payments through our payment provider
- To operate, secure, and improve the service
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not send promotional messages to your end customers.
Service Providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the service, including payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting, email delivery, and the AI model that powers the booking assistant. These providers process data only as needed to perform their function.
Data Storage and Security
Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to provide the service. We use industry-standard measures to protect it. Each business's data is logically isolated from other businesses.
Your Rights
You may request to view, update, export, or delete personal information at any time by contacting us. Business customers can update most account information directly in the dashboard.
